Description
Better Geometry for Ford TTB Suspension Travel
The factory radius arms on a Ford Bronco or 4WD F-150 are relatively short, forcing the front suspension to travel through a tighter arc as the Dana 44 TTB suspension cycles.
When you’re increasing suspension travel, the radius arms need to work with that additional movement instead of limiting it.
That’s why we designed our Ford Bronco & F-150 Extended Radius Arms around both suspension geometry and strength. The longer radius arms allow the front suspension to travel through a larger arc, providing smoother suspension movement as the TTB beams cycle through their travel.
These radius arms are designed to complement our Cut & Turned Dana 44 TTB Beams and are used throughout our Mid-Travel and Long-Travel Ford suspension systems.
Triangulated for Strength
Instead of simply using a pair of straight tubes, the horizontal tubes of our radius arms run on different planes to create a triangulated structure. This design provides significantly more resistance to bending when the suspension is subjected to hard off-road use.
Each radius arm is fabricated from 1-3/4″ x .120-wall DOM tubing and 1/4″ 1020 CR steel plate.
At the frame, massive 1-1/4″ heim joints connect the radius arms to our fabricated 1/4″ steel pivot boxes using 17-4 stainless steel spacers and Grade 8 hardware.
The pivot boxes use an existing factory frame hole for proper placement and install without welding to the frame.
Depending on your suspension configuration, these radius arms can support approximately 12″ of 4WD wheel travel with our Mid-Travel system and up to 19″ of usable 4WD wheel travel with our 4.5″ Long-Travel system.
Built for Ford TTB suspension that actually gets used.

Radius Arm Options
A — Standard
Standard extended radius arms without additional top, bottom, or side reinforcement plating.
B — Overlay Plated
Adds 3/16″ top and bottom overlay plates to the radius arm ears for additional reinforcement. The upper overlay also provides a surface that can be used as a hydraulic bump-stop strike pad.
C — Fully Plated
Adds the top and bottom overlay plates along with side plating to box the radius arm ears for maximum reinforcement in demanding off-road applications.
