Increase suspension travel and improve TTB geometry with our Ford Bronco & F-150 Extended Radius Arm Kit. Built from 1-3/4″ x .120-wall DOM tubing and 1/4″ 1020 CR steel plate with triangulated construction, massive 1-1/4″ heims, 17-4 stainless spacers, and 1/4″ pivot boxes. Designed for Solo Cut & Turned Dana 44 TTB beams and Mid-Travel or Long-Travel suspension systems. Pivot boxes use a factory frame hole for placement with no frame welding required.

Convert your 1980–1997 Ford Bronco or F-Series Dana 44 TTB front suspension to coilovers with our Coilover Conversion Engine Cage. Fabricated from 1.75″ x .120-wall DOM tubing and 3/16″ steel plate, the cage is designed around 2.5″ King coilovers and features a removable 3-bolt flanged crossbar for engine access. Pair with Solo Cut & Turned Dana 44 beams and extended radius arms for increased front suspension travel. Welding required. Made in the USA.
