Replace Your Broken Ford Seat Reclining Lever
After decades of use, the factory seat reclining lever in OBS Ford trucks can wear out, bend, or break. Once the lever fails, adjusting the seatback can become difficult or impossible.
Our Ford Seat Reclining Lever replaces the broken factory lever with a stronger steel replacement designed to restore the reclining function of your original seat.
Each lever is laser cut and CNC bent from heavy-duty 1/8-inch (10-gauge) steel for strength and precise fitment. In addition, we finish each lever with a satin black powder-coated finish for corrosion protection and a clean appearance that blends with the factory seat hardware.
The replacement lever installs in place of the original factory lever. During installation, the two factory rivets securing the original lever must be drilled or ground out. The new Solo Motorsports lever then bolts into place using the supplied Grade 8 hardware.
Driver- and passenger-side versions are available individually or as a pair, allowing you to repair only the damaged side or replace both at the same time.
Designed for 1992–1996 Ford Bronco and 1992–1997 Extended Cab F-Series trucks equipped with the applicable factory reclining seats.

Installation
- Remove the necessary factory seat components to access the reclining lever.
- Drill and/or grind out the two factory rivets securing the original lever.
- Remove the damaged factory reclining lever.
- Position the Solo Motorsports replacement lever.
- Install the new lever using the supplied Grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers.
- Reinstall the factory seat components and verify proper reclining operation.
