Built to Follow the Factory Body Lines
A prerunner bumper should improve protection and clearance without looking like an afterthought bolted to the front of the truck. That’s why we designed our Ford Bronco & F-150 Prerunner Front Bumper to closely follow the factory body lines while giving the front end a clean, aggressive desert-truck appearance.
The bumper is built around a 2-inch radius-bent main tube that follows the contour of the factory front sheet metal. Each tube is CNC bent and laser notched for consistent fitment and precise assembly.
We also designed the bumper as a true bolt-on system with built-in adjustment. Older Broncos and F-150s aren’t always perfectly straight after decades of use, off-road abuse, body mount wear, or previous repairs. The adjustable mounting design allows you to position and center the bumper to the body for a cleaner, more even fit.
Underneath the main tube, a 3/16-inch aluminum skid plate adds protection without unnecessary weight. A 1/4-inch ABS valance fills the area between the bumper and body, while aluminum beauty washers finish off the mounting points.
Choose between DOM or mild steel tubing, along with an optional pusher bar for additional front-end protection and a more traditional prerunner appearance.
The bumper installs with supplied Grade 8 hardware and is delivered raw and unpainted. Powder coating is also available for shop-pickup orders.
The result is a functional bolt-on prerunner bumper with the clearance and protection needed off-road while maintaining a clean fit against the factory Ford body.

F-150 Installation Note: F-150 applications require modification of the existing sway bar brackets, including cutting and welding.
