A must for long-travel kits! Solo Motorsports offers our W-I-Y Upper Control Arm Double-Shear kit for the Toyota Tacoma and Tundra. Our W-I-Y double-shear kit aligns the long factory upper control arm bolt and strengthens the factory coil buckets.
This weld-it-yourself kit will work with any aftermarket upper control arm setup. The reason for cutting our W-I-Y double-shear kit in smaller pieces is the fact that some coil buckets maybe be slightly out of original factory alignment from either an accident or good old-fashioned off road fun. The main issue is aligning the nut end of the bolt to the rear plate and nobody wants to do excessive grinding to make it fit.
Our plates are CNC cut from 10-gauge cold-rolled U.S. steel for high strength and come with the “Solo” logo cut out on front plates.
