Description
Our Ford Bronco and 4WD F-150 Radius Arms and Pivot Boxes compliment all Cut & Turned Dana 44 TTB Beams and are part of the Mid and Long-Travel Ford Bronco and 4WD F-150 suspension kits.
We build our Radius Arms for maximum strength, durability, and articulation. This is achieved by using 1 3/4” x .120 DOM seamless tubing, 1/4″ 1020CR steel plating, and massive 1 1/4” heim joints. The horizontal tubes on these Radius Arms run on different planes to create a triangulation. This adds a huge resistance to bending compared to other Radius Arm when you’re out using your truck. Our Radius Arms make your front wheels travel on a larger arc. This means that you’ll get a much smoother ride when going over the rough terrain.
Expect 12” of 4wd wheel travel with our Mid-Travel suspension kits and up to 19” of usable 4wd wheel travel with our 4.5″ Long-Travel suspension kits, depending on tire size and other factors.
A factory frame hole is utilized for the Pivot Box placement and no welding is required during installation.
All Grade 8 hardware and 17-4 stainless steel spacers are included.

Variations
- A: Standard, no top or side plating
- B: 3/16″ top and bottom overlay plates welded to the “ears” on the radius arms. Overlay plates can be used bump-stop strike pad.
- C: Top and bottom overlay plates welded to radius arm “ears” with side plating to box in the radius arm for added strength.
