Description
The Bronco and F-150 Mid-Travel Kit / Stage 2 is a high performance mid-travel suspension kit. A prefect upgrade for the front and the rear suspension for your Bronco or F-150.
The front suspension is similar to the Stage 1 Kit, providing 12 inches of usable wheel travel in 4×4, But includes rear suspension. The rear suspension comes with Deaver Q80s Leaf Spring Pack and our Q80 Shackle Conversion Kit.
This Stage 2 kit increases the rear suspension travel to 14 inches. Which will convert any Ford Bronco or F-150 into a whoop-eating pre-runner and a perfect all around off-road vehicle.
A set of heavy-duty extended stainless brake lines for the front and the rear are included as well.

Front
The Dana 44 TTB Beams are modified to allow for proper camber alignment with the 4″ coils. The 1.25” Extended Radius Arms are equipped with heim joints and bring the vehicle’s camber to the correct value.
This kit includes a set of Bilstein 5100 or 2.0 Fox Remote Reservoir shocks, specifically valved and configured for a Bronco or F-150. A secondary shock option is also available – see below.
Rear
The Deaver Q80 leaf springs are paired with our Q80 Shackle Conversion Kit to produce 14 inches of travel!
The rear Bilstein 5100 or Fox 2.0 Remote Reservoir shocks can remain in the stock location for Broncos. Ford F-150 trucks require a special setup in the rear, please call us for options.
