Description
The 1980-1997 F-250 & F-350 Coil-Spring Conversion Kit removes the front leaf springs and are replaced with Coil-Springs. The stock front leaf springs are the main cause to the rough ride on the 1980-1997 F250s and F-350s. With the added coil-springs paired with the famous Ford TTB, this kit will get your truck driving like new again.
We start by modifying a pair of Dana 50 TTBs to accept our Extended Heimed Radius Arms. This allows you to get rid of those factory front leaf springs that cause the rough ride.
The basic 3” to 4” coil spring lift is 100% bolt-on and offers a great ride over stock.

Application
- The Dana 50 Twin Traction Beam (TTB) Ford F-250 from 1980-1997.
- The TTB Dana 50 was used in some F-350s from 1980 to 1986, F-350s with straight axle are not compatible with this kit.
