Shipping Policy
Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Items in stock normally ship within 3-4 business days. We will contact you regarding any back-ordered items, items that are custom built/special order, or any expected delays.
Ground shipping costs can range between $10-250 depending on the weight, quantity of boxes, value, method of shipment and your shipping location. All shipments are fully insured through the carrier and high dollar orders may require a signature on delivery for fraud protection. Large and/or heavy orders may ship truck freight which we will contact you about. We ship globally, no matter the size of the order.
Our goal is to provide you with accurate shipping estimates, based on your order and location. However, the final shipping charges are not available to us, until the shipment is finalized and processed by the carrier.
We always give our best to find the most economical option for shipping products to you. We do not use your 3rd party shipping companies.
Canceled Orders
Online orders require you to contact 1-(626)-966-7656 immediately to cancel your order. Canceled orders that have not shipped will be charged a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations are NOT allowed on special orders or custom built parts.
Return Policy
We understand that projects change over time and that you might have ordered products you don’t need anymore. By law, we are not allowed to resell these products as “new” after you returned them. We have to identify them as used and/or refurbished and can’t charge full price anymore. This forces us to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee on products, since we don’t charge you extra upfront to cover for returns. No returns AFTER 30 days from the ship date from Solo Motorsports Inc.
Refund eligibility for returns is as follows:
- Within 30 days of Ship date: Refund or store credit on parts only, 25% restocking fee
- After 30 days of Ship date: NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT
Refunds or store credit will be given on parts only and excludes shipping or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original packaging, with all supplied parts, cannot be damaged (scratched, dented, etc.) or installed and must be in the original new condition as received. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and fully insured. We recommend using Fedex/UPS ground services with the insured value at the retail price of what’s being returned. We also recommend shipping the original package in a larger box with added padding for better protection. Returned parts that are damaged during transit to us are non-returnable.

Shipping and installation charges are not refundable
Before you return any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from us. Returns without an RMA # will be rejected. Additional shipping charges may occur for shipping unauthorized returns back to you.
